Kris Aquino is No. 1 in Yes! Magazine's 20 Top Endorsers 2011 List

Kris Aquino is the Philippines top celebrity endorser. This is according to the "20 Top Endorsers 2011 List" released by the Yes! Magazine.

A bit surprising, John Lloyd Cruz (number 2) surpassed the endorsement income of Megastar Sharon Cuneta (number 4) who was the 2008 Top Endorser. Following Sharon is Kapamilya heartthrob Piolo Pascual (number 4). Sharing the 5th spot, are celebrity couple Carmina Villaroel and Zoren Legaspi who have been in a series of commercials together and with their twins.

The list is said to based on the estimated total earnings of the celebrities from their various product endorsements. The last time Yes! made a list was in 2008.

Diether Ocampo and Kris Aquino's relationship, "ibang level na"!

Diether Ocampo admits that his relationship with Kris Aquino is getting stronger.



"Wala akong dapat i-explain, and I'm very happy at this point na 'yong pagkakaibigan namin ay naging mas malalim. Naging parang ibang level na," Diether Ocampo told SNN, recently.

Yeah, the Kapamilya hunk said they're just friends and people should not put other meaning to it.

"Mas mature na kami ngayon. Wala naman talaga akong dapat sabihin because, as far as I'm concerned, walang dapat intrigahin doon," the actor added.

Hmmmmm... Oh well, it came from Diether himself but noone really can control what goes to people minds.

Diether and Kris worked together last year in a Metro Manila Film Fest entry, "Dalaw" where they played husband and wife.

By the way, Diether Ocampo and Kris Aquino's loveteam has a following already. Their fans actually created a Facebook fan page and call the loveteam, "Kristher". :D

James Yap gifts Kris Aquino a bracelet

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino's birthday falls on Valentine's Day. Her celebration this year included dining with estranged husband James Yap together with their son Bimby/Baby James and Kris's other son Josh, on Sunday, February 13.

Kris who turned 40 on February 14, 2011 shared on Twitter that Bimby and James gave her a bracelet as a gift.

“He + bimby bought me a lovely bracelet w/ a heartwarming card. Josh & Bimby loved riding in James’ car. I rode in my own to give them time together,”she tweeted.

Kris further said that she wishes 'legal freedom' for her and James.

“By the way, I’m allowed a wish right? I wish James & I the legal freedom to be able to love again & share w/ new lifelong partners the love we failed to sustain between us. Bimby gave him a red BB Torch & I gave him 2 Bruno Mars VIP tickets for him & his date for April 8. Happy birthday to him on Feb 15,” she added.

Kris Aquino reveals 'seeing someone'

The presidential sister Kris Aquino admitted that she is 'seeing someone' at the moment and not '[several] people' like she previously said.

“Okay, I’m seeing someone na lang, kasi kung people, baka sabihin naman ang daming guys,” Kris told Journal Online.

The Queen of All Media did not disclose who the guy is but the report guessed that it could be Ted Failon.

When asked about Ted Failon whom she previously called her textmate, Kris said,

“Hindi ko alam kung merong ihihigit pa ro’n, tingnan natin. Sinagot ko naman ’yan, eh, sabi ko, technically, binata siya, so, he can date anybody he wants. Ako pa ’yung may problema.

She added that she and Failon are in "constant communication" and that he has visited her three times on the set of her upcoming show 'The Price is Right'.

“Constant ang communication namin ni Ted, and ano, three times na siyang tumingin sa set ko [for upcoming show ‘The Price is Right']. In fairness naman sa kanya, supportive naman siya,” said she, admitting she’s content they’re in the “getting to know you stage” for now.

Kris worked during her 40th birthday on Valentine's Day although she held a "praying party" last Friday. She said her estranged husband James Yap was not invited. "Alam niyang may iba nang invited."

Kris Aquino Reacts on James Yap - Isabel Oli Issue

In a TV Patrol report, The Queen of all Media Kris Aquino spoke out on the issue that her estranged husband James Yap is dating model-actress Isabel Oli. Kris said that she is happy that James is 'moving on' so that he would not anymore make the divorce process hard for both of them.
James Yap earlier denied that he is romantically seeing Isabel Oli. In a Ginger Conejero interview, James said, “Kaibigan ko lang yon. Nagkasalubong lang kami sa isang mall, hi, hello. May kasama naman siya so impossibleng [nag-date kami],” he said. “Kasama ko ang mga pinsan ko, galing Canada. Sinamahan ko sila. Nagulat na lang ako na may ganoong issue na lumalabas.”

Kris Aquino was also asked for her opinion on this (James denying dating Isabel). Kris said, "Siyempre naman noh? Katabi kaya niya yong lawyer niya."

From the way Kris Aquino talks now, it seems like the couple has no chance to reunite anymore. Noypi is just sad for Baby James but whatever Kris thinks is better for her family, Noypi won't anymore argue. :)

Kris Aquino to Leave 'Pilipinas Win Na Win'

A twit in here Twitter account and a press release from ABS-CBN confirmed Kris Aquino's stay in the noontime show, 'Pilipinas Win na Win', will end by October 1st. To join Valerie Concepcion and Pokwang, The TV network said that they would like to try out a combination of new hosts in the person of Rico J. Puno, Rey Valera, Marco Sison and Nonoy Zuñiga - aka the Hitmakers.

Noypi's notes:

I believe Kris Aquino is doing great in the show and I am not really a fan of the replacement hosts. Is Kris too expensive or is the show too shallow for someone like Kris? But rumors has it that Kris Aquino will be hosting 'Pilipinas, Deal or No Deal'. Again? Can't the network afford another franchise like 'Minute to Win it' which I guess would be a hit?
