Kofte with Tomato Sauce

Yesterday evening I found a recipe for kofte in tomato sauce. Here's how it looks in the making of it:

The only change I made to the recipe was to shape the kofte differently and to add two more table spoons of tomato paste and I didn't cover the kofte completely with water. It tasted really great! (But remember, especially in the Ramadan, to drink a lot after having eaten this!).
